		<description>Using the timers is ideal when you only have a half hour or ten minutes in your schedule.  It would be an easy way to take a day time break. Although not having to worry about how much time would be preferred.  For example at the end of the day while in bed meditating to prepare the body for sleep you wouldn&#039;t want to use a timer. </description>
