Instructions for Table Pose
- Kneel on the floor with your hands beneath your shoulders and knees beneath your hips
- Spread your fingers wide to get a solid foundation
- Keep your back neutral by slightly pulling in at your navel
- Keep your head and neck neutral and inline with the spine
Table pose is a foundational pose for many of the Yoga poses you do on the floor, including cat cow pose and downward facing dog.
