Instructions for Table Pose

  1. Kneel on the floor with your hands beneath your shoulders and knees beneath your hips
  2. Spread your fingers wide to get a solid foundation
  3. Keep your back neutral by slightly pulling in at your navel
  4. Keep your head and neck neutral and inline with the spine

Table pose is a foundational pose for many of the Yoga poses you do on the floor, including cat cow pose and downward facing dog.
